A sea of rallyists flooded both White Plains Avenue and EDSA Avenue for the Trillion Peso March at the People Power Monument, Sept. 21.
Thousands joined and raised fists against alleged ghost flood control project, demanding justice and accountability from DPWH officials and involved contractors.
Alongside with this is the commemoration of the 53rd anniversary of the declaration of martial law.
