PLM officially welcomes the 2025 Christmas season through its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, Nov. 25

Despite the sudden burst of rain, the much-awaited program continued as Haribons witnessed the illumination of the institutional Christmas tree, adorned with decorations inspired by iconic Filipino holiday traditions. The ceremony was also accompanied by serenades from the PLM Chorale, PLM Strings Ensemble, and PLM Guitar Ensemble.

With the theme “Pasko sa PLM: Anim na Dekadang Puno ng Kulay, Saya, at Pag-asa,” the lighting of the tree stands as the university’s yearly symbol of unity and hope, signaling the beginning of the holiday festivities.
