PLM AIMS introduces online counseling appointment feature

Students and employees of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) may now access the Office of Guidance and Testing Services (OGTS) online counseling appointment feature through the university’s Academic Information Management System (AIMS).

The new feature can be accessed through the ‘Counseling’ tab of the university’s online portal.

Counselees must agree to the OGTS confidentiality agreement and provide informed consent before submitting an appointment request.

Under the agreement, information shared during counseling is treated as confidential, except in life-threatening situations, suspected child or elder abuse, or when required by a valid court order.

The OGTS offers counseling services to members of the PLM community seeking support for academic, personal, emotional, and other concerns that may affect their well-being.

As of writing, the university has yet to release an official advisory regarding the counseling appointment feature in PLM AIMS.
