Manila International Research Conference 2026

Student and faculty researchers from participating universities showcased their respective studies during the Manila International Research Conference 2026 (MIRC), Sub-Conference on Hospitality and Tourism at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB), Sept. 27.

The scholarly discussion featured presenters from City College of Tagaytay (CCT), Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), and San Sebastian College-Recoletos (SSC-R), alongside Mindanao State University-General Santos City (MSU-GenSan) and Lyceum of the Philippines University–Batangas (LPU-Batangas), joining the conference virtually via Zoom.

The event concluded with a message from PLM President, Atty. Domingo “Sonny” Y. Reyes, Jr., emphasizing that research should go beyond technological and scientific aspects, and must carry a sense of compassion for the community it serves.

PLM is the host-university for MIRC 2026, with the main conference set to take place on its campus on Sept. 29-30.
